Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All amounts are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Student registration is available for those studying (to the completion of research degree) who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.
Student travel grants: In recognition of the valuable contribution of our student members, APSA and ASCEPT are providing partial travel reimbursement to support student attendance at the conference.

- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Tickets to the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment
Payment of registration fees
You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Payment may be made by:
- Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
Please deposit into the APSA-ASCEPT conference bank account. Bank details will be provided on your invoice which you will receive via email upon registering. Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the deadline.
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference secretariat.
Non-attendance due to COVID-19
If you are unable to attend this Event for the reason that it is unlawful for you to travel to the venue or, if such travel is lawful, you would be legally required to submit to quarantine or “lock-down” in either the place where the venue is located, or in your place of residence, then you will be eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid.
Standard cancellation fees
If you cancel your registration for any reason other than due to COVID-19:
(a) before 5 pm on Friday 24 October, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, less a cancellation fee of AUD110;
(c) after the date referred to in paragraph (a), you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. After this date, the Conference Committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.
If any changes occur to the Event as advertised, reasonable endeavours will be made to arrange for reasonable substitutes, subject to availability and the circumstances that made the change(s) necessary or desirable. Notice of substantial and material changes will be placed on the website. You are responsible for checking for such notifications/alerts prior to the Event.
If you are processing this registration on behalf of an attendee, you must ensure that the attendee is aware of, and complies with the terms and conditions of registration and attendance.
