2019 Registration fees
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date).
All amounts are in Australian dollars. Australian and New Zealand GST is not applicable.

** Student registration is available for those studying (to the completion of research degree) who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- Attendance at ASCEPT Tuesday workshops and PAGANZ PAWS workshops
- Delegate satchel
- Welcome reception ticket (1)
- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Tickets to the meeting dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item.
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to pay via direct debit or cheque. A invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.
Payment of registration fees
Payment may be made by:

Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the meeting secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday 28 October 2019 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD110. Registration fees will not be refunded after Monday 28 October 2019 unless extenuating circumstances apply and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the ASCEPT meeting secretariat is advised in writing.
