Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved on behalf of meeting delegates at Rydges Lakeland Resort, QT Queenstown, Highview Apartments and Heartland Hotel until Monday 21 October 2019. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and is subject to availability. To secure the meeting accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process.
PLEASE NOTE, RYDGES AND QT CANNOT ACCOMMODATE DATES OUTSIDE OF 24 – 29 NOVEMBER.
Arrival time
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.
Cancellations and changes to your accommodation booking
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the Meeting Secretariat. Be aware each hotel has its own cancellation policy from 30 days prior to arrival ranging from one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the policy for the hotel you are booking.
Extending your stay
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the meeting, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Payment for accommodation
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online meeting registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room with the hotel. A wider range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment (including Diners and American Express). A deposit equivalent to one night will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
