Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* The Society member registration category is available to anyone that is a member of a National Pharmacological Society (IUPHAR member), the International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN), or the British Pharmacological Society (BPS).
** Student registration is available for those studying (to the completion of PhD) who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to +61 7 3848 2133.
*** Tickets to the meeting dinner are not included in the registration fee and will be charged as an optional separate item.
Registration fees include:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions from Sunday to Wednesday
- Delegate satchel
- Welcome reception ticket (1)
- All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.
When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa, or select the option to pay via cheque. We are unable to accept payment via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you supply once you’ve submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Note: Registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received in full.
Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday, 17 October 2016 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday, 17 October 2016 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the ASCEPT-MPGPCR meeting secretariat is advised in writing.
